Or N/A for Not Applicable ? - FTE Doctor Current visa stamped in passport category ?(F1, H1B, H4 etc,) - H1B Previous visa in passport ?(F1, F2, H1B, H4 etc,) - J1 Questions asked during interview: 1. What type of visa -H1b renewal or first time 2. What do you do and where do you work ? 3. They had to clarify my J1 waiver approval so showed them the document and the officer stepped away to scan it 4. She gave me a card with a QR code to scan and watch a video later which explains one’s rights to live in the US. She asked if I could confirm if I had a way to watch it later and I said yes They gave me a blue slip to collect passport at 3pm on Jan 28th Documents asked during visa interview: I797 \ Passport\ J1 waiver approval notice When did you get your passport? Date? Jan 28th 3pm Please help to explain process at asc & consulate(any useful info to others) ? Process was really smooth. I had taken transport services from this group and the driver knew almost all what you need to do before during and after the process. Juan was very helpful and waited each time and was right outside after completion of process for both appointments Please help to explain process for passport pickup from asc or consulate or DHL etc., (Any other observations about DHL) ? No issues just had to show blue slip and ID. You cannot take anything else with you in the consulate for passport pickup. Please share any tips you think will useful for getting emergency appointments (or) non-emergency appointments? Dates open up randomly so you just have to keep searching. Sharp at 7pm CST I have found dates opening up. Any feedback you want to leave for our team (or) any suggestions for upcoming clients The support I received from the travel services was exceptional. The driver was outstanding and well-versed in all the necessary procedures. Accommodation was good and hotel had breakfast and basic amenities. Please connect with the group that the team creates for you in the city that you have the visa stamping in because it helps to stay together specially while traveling alone.
