The candidate should have minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as Document controller in major construction projects. The requirements are given below Graduate in any discipline. Proven ability to establish and maintain an effective filing and archiving system for paper documents and electronic documents and files in accordance with company and archiving procedures. Should have electronic data management systems, project, admin & supplier document controls, electronic filing systems, etc. Experience in identifying, sorting of Engineering Documents and drawings (Drawings, plans, details, data sheets, standards, inspection requests, submittals, manuals etc.) Should be familiar with any document control software like ACONEX Thorough knowledge in preparing of daily, weekly & monthly work progress reports.
