From the courts of law records, papers filed by ATHERTON AND COOK Legal Practitioners on behalf of Charlton Hwende, Kudakwashe Matibiri, Luke Tamborinyoka clearly show that the MDC did not call the police or the army, but it was the above mentioned who did so, as is clearly outlined in their own affidavits attached herein.
