VALID FOR THE EVENING OF 30TH JANUARY 2025 THROUGH THE EVENING OF 31ST JANUARY 2025 SYNOPSIS: An area of high-pressure across the southeastern United States will continue to support moderate to fresh winds and seas across the Cayman area for the next 24 hours. An increase in the chance of showers from Friday afternoon is likely in association with residual moisture moving across the northwestern Caribbean. Radar images show isolated showers in the Cayman area moving towards the west. FORECAST: Tonight: Partly cloudy skies with 20% chance of showers. Temperatures will fall to the mid to upper 70’s °F. Winds will be easterly at 10 to 15 knots. Seas will be moderate with wave heights of 4 to 6 feet. Tomorrow: Partly cloudy with cloudy spells and 30% chance of showers. Temperatures will rise to the mid 80’s °F. Winds will be easterly at 10 to 15 knots. Seas will be moderate with wave heights of 3 to 5 feet.
