SYNOPSIS:
Light to moderate winds and seas will prevail for the next 24 hours as a high-pressure system moves into the western Atlantic Ocean. A shearline is expected to retrogress overnight bringing an increase chance of cloudiness and showers as it interacts with residual moisture across the western Caribbean. Radar images show isolated showers in the Cayman area moving towards the west northwest.
FORECAST:
Tonight: Partly cloudy skies with cloudy spells and 30% chance of showers. Temperatures will fall to the mid 70’s °F. Winds will be easterly at 5 to 10 knots. Seas will be moderate with wave heights of 3 to 5 feet.
Tomorrow: Partly cloudy becoming cloudy at times with 40% chance of early morning showers. Temperatures will rise to the low to mid 80’s °F. Winds will be east to northeast at 10 to 15 knots. Seas will be moderate with wave heights of 3 to 5 feet.
