You can't accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, and be genuinely saved, and you will not have a change of life from sin to Righteousness, from darkness to light, from rebellion and disobedience against God to Obedience to God and His word. And you will love God's word, and tell others about Jesus Christ, as you are led and helped by the Holy Spirit.
