*Part2 Golden Age: Zimbabwe's Human Resource Exports* -To prevail is to overcome the wall of denial- *Compounding Reflection* Joseph Hundah was born December 1972, and is a Zimbabwean professional whom has led in some of the most powerful organizations, in African and Global business. Early in my career, i had the pleasure of interacting with a PR and Marketing project under the name Najora, led by a Mr. Tino. Najora is an advisory venture capital, and consulting firm, that Joseph Hundah founded. That was when i learnt of Mr. Hundah, and his professional journey. Actually to think of it, at the time of the Najora project, i was under the mentorship and employment of another Zimbabwean of remarkable professional credentials. A Mr. Achie Mtyambidzi, CEO and founder of South Africa's Bilco Academy, now learn Quick Academy. So being in such an environment, led to my realization of how Zimbabwe was producing such fine Human Resource, contributing to global progress. Now to run back to Joseph Hundah's Multichoice group and afterwards reflection. Revert back to the last paragraph of part1 of this essay, where i mentioned Mr. Hundah's service as CEO of M-Net from 2000 to 2008. He in that tenure at M-Net pushed for the development of local content. He commissioned the production of African-made TV-Shows and movies, showcasing our continent's rich cultural diversity. Fostered partnerships and collaborations with other African broadcasters, producers, as well as stakeholders, in his bid to inspire and ignite television industry growth in Africa. M-Net Series and M-Net movies, were developed under his leadership. M-Net is a Channel and subsidiary of Multichoice, available on DStv. DStv is a satelite television service operated by Multichoice. Do you understand the hierarchy? Now after the role at M-Net, Mr. Hundah moved into the role of Managing director of Multichoice Nigeria. Did you get the upgrade aspect of that move? He went on to serve in that role from 2008 to 2011. He later left for a CEO position at MTG Africa. Modern Times Group/MTG is a Swedish media and entertainment conglomerate, in over 100 countries. I'll save the rest that came for when i do a NewzFlash Profile on Mr. Hundah. However i will leave you with that Joseph Hundah is currently reported to be serving as the COO at Masawara Group. Masawara Group is a conglomerate with interests in various sectors, including financial services, hospitality, and agriculture. *Conclusion* I might have cut deep for a surface, however Joseph Hundah is one of many Zimbabweans that have and still are making waves in the diaspora. This showcasing the Zimbabwean people's resourcefulness and skills value. With this Economic Development ideological spring, currently publicizing motos such as "Building the nation brick by brick", fostered by the incumbent national Government of Zimbabwe. The diaspora Zimbabwean has been recognized and implemented as one of those bricks to build with our nation. Citing the several steps that have been taken to engage with the diaspora. One notable Government initiative being the launch of the National Diaspora Directorate. An office that serves as a secretariat responsible for facilitating mutual engagement between the government and the diaspora. With such efforts remaining persistent and kept, we could become as a country, what the world will remember as *the Zimbabwean miracle*. Thank you for reading!
