Sharing in their wealth in Youth Empowerment Works, Cleaning Legacy Detergents [PVT] LTD decided to empower this youth led platform with a sponsored trip to the National Youth Day Expo & Conference in Bulawayo. Here i write on the first 2 days, which have culminated in exposure to a special set of Zimbabwean Youths, leading initiatives, businesses, and organizations, that are making a great part in shaping Vision 2030, our Zimbabwean Economic Development story. In this essay i give you a look into the ideological context of this National Youth Day 3 Day Expo & Conference in Bulawayo 2025. With the assertion, *Zimbabwean Youths Rise to the Ocassion* *Reflection* _____________ In Zimbabwe it is often decried that we do not have a lot of local producers of even some of the most simplest of products, which we in turn import, imbalancing our trade deficit as a country. Now! That is quickly changing, and that with credit to the Economic Development Ideological Spring which the incumbent administration, has inundated the Zimbabwean people with so far. That i have experienced at heightened levels these past 2 days. Cleaning Legacy Detergents [PVT] LTD is a cleaning Products & Services company, with a vibrant organizational cause based vision and mission. The cause definitely is Youth Empowerment in line with achieving the aims or objectives of Vision 2030. "As a youthful team, i believe we benefit from our collective understanding of moving as one, and sharing in the opportunities we have." The team was in an excited mood, they were out to make the impression they are currently making at my witness. With products ranging from dishwasher, thick bleach, mint toilet cleaner, shower gel, vim, vaseline, pine gel, floor glaze polish, tile cleaner, disinfectant and a few more. This organization's production line is also majority Zimbabwean made, and youth employment based. They have spoken true to the related Vision 2030 mantra, and reiterated call at the 2025 National Youth Day 3 Day Expo and Conference in Bulawayo, *Empower the Youth, Secure the Future*, in their consistency in keeping to their commitment to maintaining a Youth centric cause. *Compounding Reflection* The thinking put behind the 2025 National Youth Day 3 Day Expo, for me resonates with efforts to see future securing Socio-economic impact through Youth Empowerment. I have observed that most of the tables exhibiting and getting the limelight are largely Youth led initiatives, businesses, and organizations. As i here write His Excellency ED Mnangagwa delivers his speech, telling Zimbabwean Youths like myself that "The ball is now in your hands, to build the Africa we all want". Urging the Youth to look beyond differences and embrace that as Zimbabweans "Sibanye". Commended us to continue that spirit forward of collective patriotism, resisting those that seek to devide us, in our journey to leave no one and no place behind. A greatly inspiring, spoken in such audible, smoothly told words and truths of wisdom. The speech basically has worked to highlight the strength which has been made core of Youth initiatives like Cleaning Legacy Detergents [PTV] LTD. At the helm Alexa K Chiringa, a business mind that has seen it his civic duty, to play a lead from behind role, and let ring true those truths of Vision 2030, in particular the one truth to Galvanize the Youth, to take on the world for a better Zimbabwe. *Conclusion* "I call upon the private sector and other socio-economic stakeholders, to take up more initiatives that empower the Youth."
