Final-year students of BS Mass Communication, University of Narowal, organized two impactful awareness seminars: "Safe Narowal: Together for Change", focusing on the special initiatives of the Punjab Police, and "Choose Life, Not Drugs", highlighting the dangers of drug abuse. These seminars were conducted under the supervision of Dr. Saba Sultana.
The Chief Guest, District Police Officer (DPO) Narowal, Mr. Muhammad Naveed Malik, addressed the students, shedding light on the Punjab Police's special initiatives and their significance in ensuring public safety. He emphasized the importance of such initiatives in building a secure and progressive society. Additionally, he spoke about the devastating impact of drug abuse on individuals and the need to stay away from harmful substances. He urged students to become responsible citizens and contribute positively to society.
Dr. Ashfaq, Director Academics, also appreciated the students' efforts, commending their role in spreading awareness and encouraging them to continue working towards positive change.
The event witnessed an enthusiastic participation of a large number of students. Special recognition was given to Ali, Salahuddin, Ahmad, M. Muttee, Zain, and Bilal, who played a vital role in organizing and ensuring the success of the seminars.
