The uMngeni Municipality Deputy Mayor, Sandile Mnikathi, together with the Municipal Chief Whip, Cllr Thembelani Sikhakhane, were part of the guests at the opening of the KZN Legislature by King Misuzulu kaZwelithini in Pietermaritzburg earlier today.
