Requirements:
✅ Previous experience in healthcare administration or clinic or practice administration
✅ Strong administrative and organizational skills
✅ Proficiency in medical billing, patient scheduling, and record-keeping
✅ Familiarity with medical aid claims and healthcare regulations
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow
• Manage patient appointments, records, and medical billing
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and support staff
• Handle administrative tasks, including stock management and reporting
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
