*DAILY NUGGETS* _*The blessing distinguishes from the rest*_ As believers and people of the new covenant, one of the things that distinguishes us from unbelievers is the blessing of God. Throughout the Scriptures, one of the significant characteristics of those who followed God is that they were blessed everywhere they went. Our verse shows us how, even in the midst of a famine, Isaac prospered because of God's blessing upon him. The blessing of God is not influenced by circumstances, conditions, or location. Don't let negative circumstances get you down, as they are meant to distinguish you as a blessed person. Whenever you experience anything inconsistent with God's blessing in your life, start speaking the Word and appropriating the blessing. *Action Point:* Declare, "The goodness of the Lord is on me; therefore, I am blessed, favored, preferred..."
