*DAILY NUGGETS*
_*"He who cannot reciprocate good gestures is not worthy of them in the first place"*_
It's time to stop feeling overly entitled to people's kindness. No one owes you anything, so every good deed extended to you should be seen as a gift, not an obligation.
The Law of Reciprocity states that when someone does something nice for you, you naturally feel the urge to return the favor. Failing to do so not only puts you in a bad light but also makes you seem like a parasite—one who constantly takes without giving back.
While it is good to help others without expecting anything in return, it is also natural and honorable to reciprocate kindness. Instead of merely receiving, strive to give back. As people add value to your life, be intentional about adding value to theirs. By doing so, you remain relevant and build stronger, more meaningful relationships.
Let your connections be symbiotic, not parasitic—mutually beneficial rather than one-sided.
*Action Point:*
Identify at least five people who have helped you in one way or another. Think of something meaningful you can do for them in return or a way you can genuinely be of help. Let them appreciate your kindness just as you have appreciated theirs.
