Without realizing it, we often shape our beliefs based on what we've been repeatedly exposed to. Over time, these beliefs take root in our subconscious, influencing our actions and ultimately determining our results.
Limiting beliefs are like invisible chains that keep us from reaching our full potential. They stem from past experiences, fear of the unknown, fear of failure, and negative words spoken over us. Unless you challenge these limiting beliefs, they will keep you trapped, preventing you from stepping into your true calling.
Replace the word that was spoken to you years ago that has hindered your progress with words of affirmation. Instead of "You can never make it," say, "I will succeed".

Identify five major limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Challenge them. Confront your fears. Reject the mindset of incapability. Don't let past failures dictate your future success!
