The land rate is high because the property has a full boundary wall enclosing it, motorable approach road, electricity, one house, a rivulet running through the property, a pond, pump and watering system, organic fruiting trees and spice trees and two organic paddy fields. All we need to build is our homes and start growing organic vegetable and fruit trees in our own 1/2 acre. There will be a common hall with kitchen area and a wellness center on the property as well.
