*It’s Office: ‘Parliament’ Now One-Party* The unrecognized and illegitimate legislature of the Ivanishvili regime has expelled from its ranks three coalitions of the Georgian Democratic Political Forces (UNM, CFC, and Strong Georgia), a total of 49 individuals, out of 150 MPs. As the three coalitions had withdrawn its lists following the October self-coup, they will not be replaced and their seats will remain vacant. In order to fill parliamentary offices constitutionally reserved to the opposition, three Ivanishvili loyalists have formally left the Georgian Dream party to become the ‘Parliamentary Opposition’. The regime has not expelled the MPs from former Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia’s For Georgia party.
