*President Zourabichvili Says Political Life ‘Over’ in Georgia* At a meeting with the Georgian Democratic Political Forces and several EU ambassadors, President Salome Zourabichvili said that “the political life in Georgia has ended” following the regime’s decision to make the legislature a one-party ‘parliament’. During the meeting, she also called on the international community to apply more pressure on the Ivanishvili regime till it agrees to scheduling new elections. The President also decried that “foreign policy no longer exists” and that the nation’s economy was nearing collapse. President Zourabichvili has also called on the European Broadcasting Union to exert pressure on the Georgian Public Broadcaster.
