We can already see some of it. The meteoric rise of technology already has some haughting implications. The drone warfare in Ukraine threatens the acceleration of development into remote targeted killing capabilities. AI is already being considered in such applications. The technological boom has come at a cost to the environment which due to the short sightedness of a capitalist system, has largely been left to fester. The modern world was built upon open ideas and technology for the betterment of society. And it will be by forgetting these that modern society will fall.
