I was travelling from Hyderabad to Madhurai today morning for an event . I have checked in two baggages and one of it got delayed for 6 hours. when i contacted the customer care they are simply saying sorry and they will send it in next available flight. IndiGo this is unacceptable. Why there are different rules for you and the customer. Even if it’s a one min delay from the customer you will say we can’t allow because other passengers can not wait for you, so now because of your 6 hours luggage delay nearly 2000 students have to wait for me. simply by saying sorry it can’t be rectified. I am also simply hoping for a better system👍
