Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Lahore
Highpoint Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. (Hopscotch & Carom) a kidswear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Customer Care Executive” to join its E-commerce team.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns/exchanges, and resolving payment or delivery issues.
Provide detailed product information, including size, fit, material, and styling advice.
Address customer complaints effectively and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to track deliveries and resolve shipping concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant departments to improve service and product offerings.
Stay updated on brand policies, promotions, and product launches to provide informed responses to customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or fashion industry.
Proficiency in using CRM software, E-store platforms (Shopify), Ginkgo, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and social media for customer engagement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
