We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Supply Chain to join our dynamic team and contribute to optimizing our supply chain processes. **Position:** Assistant Manager Supply Chain **Duties & Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract management. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure competitive pricing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, store, and finance departments, to align procurement strategies. - Monitor inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management, reducing shortages and excesses. - Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, providing insights into cost, delivery performance, and sourcing strategies. - Perform any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time. **Requirements:** - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management, with experience in the automotive or manufacturing sectors being a plus. - Hands-on experience in supply chain management, global sourcing, risk management, and cost analysis techniques. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Experience in working with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable. - Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage. - Project management skills (PMP or equivalent certification) would be an advantage. **How to Apply:** - Please fill in the job application at [https://hoxai.pk/career/](https://hoxai.pk/career/) on or before **28th February 2025**.
