Special Forces Command have arrested 14 people for blocking President Museveni's motorcade and plucking off the National Emblem from his vehicle. This incident according to security sources happened in Kansanga as Museveni headed to Entebbe State House. The group allegedly had hidden themselves at Rubis petrol station located in Kansanga, and others had disguised as pedestrians.
