Today, we had the privilege of visiting one of the producers of Maverick in organic production. Maverick is a variety that never disappoints, as you can see in the photos. This three-year-old plant can produce more than 5.5 kg of uniform fruit, with an average size of 18/22 and a perfectly balanced sweetness and acidity. Its final aroma gives it a unique flavor, different from anything we are used to eating.🫐🫐🫐
