HAPPENING: The 17th edition of the Tour du Rwanda is underway. A total of 69 riders have gathered at Amahoro Stadium for the 4 km prologue individual time trial (ITT). Rwandan rider Jean Claude Nzafashwanayo, from the Centre Mondial du Cyclisme team, will be the first off the start line at 11:30 AM.
