🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 Here are five tips a youth footballer can follow when feeling overwhelmed: 1️⃣ Take a Deep Breath & Reset Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and focus on the present moment. A calm mind leads to better decisions on and off the field. 2️⃣ Talk to Someone You Trust Whether it’s a coach, teammate, or family member, sharing your feelings helps lighten the load. You’re never alone in this journey! 3️⃣ Break It Down Instead of stressing over everything at once, focus on small, achievable goals. One step at a time leads to big progress. 4️⃣ Remember Why You Started Think back to the love and passion that brought you to football. Enjoy the game, have fun, and don’t let pressure steal your joy! 5️⃣ Take a Rest & Recharge It’s okay to take a step back when needed. Prioritize sleep, proper nutrition, and self-care to come back stronger. ⚽ Stay strong, keep going, and trust the process! 💪🔥
