The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational goals. *Key Responsibilities* • Provide strategic HR advice and support to management and employees. • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs. • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes. • Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics (e.g., compliance, performance management, diversity, and inclusion). • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve organisational performance. • Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning. *Qualifications* • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5 Years of experience in HR consulting or a similar role. • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS). • Professional HR certification IPMZ If you have the required skills and qualifications, please send your CV to the following email address [email protected]
