Molweni BethuNana, We started our morning with Cllr Luyolo Nkubungu at 7am here at Matseliso Secondary School where we had an opportunity to share skills development initiatives offered by the City of Joburg and motivate learners for their academic year. This was followed by a community engagement with stakeholders namely the SGB, FBOs,NPOs, Sibahle Sonke Forum, SANCA SOWETO, Mrs Soweto founder, SAPS, CPF,Department of Health and ward committee members. Thank you to the Acting Principal and Deputy Principal for hosting us and for the partnership with the ward Cllr. It’s truly amazing to see our ward Cllrs entrenched in the work of the community and taking their responsibility seriously, to advocate for the resolution of community issues. We must support such initiatives and escalate using our IGR forums. #weservejoburg #leavenochildbehind
