Lemme explain this NELFUND this thing again. The portal is now activated for the 2023/24 loan application. So, if you applied last year and you've been approved; you'll have to apply again this year. This implies that; if you've been verified for ₦300k or less application, you'll apply again this year and if you're granted that same amount or less you automatically have debts of two years like that. This NELFUND application can't be cancelled, once you're verified c'est fini. The loan will be paid back “at least two years after NYSC”. It is advised that you shouldn't bother applying if you have other means to pay your school fees.
