Who You Are: 🧠You have a degree/diploma in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field. 🧠You’re organized, detail-oriented, and love analysing workplace trends. 🧠You have up to 1 year maximum of experience in HR, consulting(startup experience is a bonus!). 🧠Bonus points if you know psychometric assessments or Kenyan labour laws.
