Further, company's substation projects are also executed under this vertical b) Railway Electrification:[4] Company caters to the civil and electrical needs of railway industry. It has delivered overhead equipment project and implemented various electrification, signaling, earthwork, and telecommunication works c) Civil Construction:[5] Company focuses on construction of bridges, tunnels, elevated roads, and other civil infrastructure projects including Bharatmala project which NHAI has awarded for construction of India’s longest river bridge on the river Kosi in Bihar d) Poles & Lighting:[6] Company manufactures high masts, street poles, luminaries, power transmission and distribution monopoles, stadium lighting, derrick structures, road gantries and signages, flagmasts, solar streetlights, decorative poles, etc. It operates as a manufacturer and supplies, installs, tests and commissions service providers in the poles and lighting segment Production Facilities:[2] Company has 4 manufacturing units in Deoli (Maharashtra), Vadodara and Silvassa (Gujarat) for manufacturing towers, conductors and poles. It has manufacturing facilities for tower ~1.01 Lac TPA, conductors ~60,000 TPA and poles ~25,000 TPA in Deoli, Vadodara and Silvassa Export Countries:[7] Company exports to 58 countries including Bangladesh, Indonesia, Bhutan, Jordan, Kenya, Canada, Egypt, Mexico, Kuwait, Nepal, Poland, Ghana, UAE, USA, etc. Revenue Breakup - FY24:[8] Sale of Products /Services ~5%, EPC Contracts ~95% Geographical Revenue Split - FY24:[8] Exports ~59%, Domestic ~41% Customer wise Revenue Split - FY24:[8] Government ~83%, Non Government ~17% Order Books:[2] a) Company received new orders worth Rs. 45 billion during FY24, resulting in a closing order book of Rs.101 billion. Its orders comprised domestic transmission and distribution at Rs. 21 billion and overseas counterparties of Rs.19 billion. b) ~39% of their order book is distributed in India with rest from overseas markets. c) The company had an international order book of Rs. 61.9 billion in FY24, with significant project concentration towards the river crossing project in Bangladesh. The exposure to Bangladesh is significant at 66% of the international order book. d) At FY24, the top 10 orders comprised 63.9% of order book by value. However, top five projects comprise 48% of the order book with one project of two lots comprising 33% of overall order book. IPO & Stake Sale:[2][9] Company launched its IPO of 1.02 Crore equity shares which consists of fresh issue to raise up to Rs. 4.50 billion with a stake sale by Ajanma Holdings.
