The Municipality plans to rolls out the construction of 155 units in the Louwville, Ward 13 area and 192 units in the Witteklip, Ward 2 area in Vredenburg and has conducted a pre-screening on the registered applicants on the Western Cape Demand Database (in the Vredenburg area), to apply for subsidies. The purpose will be to apply for a subsidy, which will be submitted to the Provincial Department for consideration and approval.
