Launch of Presidential War Veterans Fund Harare-Children of Zimbabwe Liberation War Veterans Association recently attended the Presidential War Veterans Fund which is a significant step towards the War Veterans welfare. This initiative aims at providing financial assistance to the war Veterans. In attendence was the Cde Douglas Mahiya, Senator Monica Mavhunga ( Minister of Veterans), Hon Charles Tavegwa(Minister of State), Cde G. Masinirembwa (Harare Provincial), Provincial Chairpersons for Warveterans were present and Presidential Investment advisor Dr Paul Tungwarara at ZANU-PF HQ for the Launch of the presidential Warveterans Fund, Borehole drilling and house scheme. The Fund has already benefited other provinces and it's heartening to see the President's efforts in supporting the war veterans. The program also highlights the importance of recognizing the sacrifices made by War Veterans and their families.
