Lesson 3 If you have self-doubt, you will believe that every action taken by those around you is because they are looking down on you. As a result, you will try by all means to please people, trying not to lose them at the expense of your own happiness. Choose to be positive, believe in yourself, and don't be afraid to lose people if it means preserving your own happiness. Remember, you are fearfully and wonderfully made.
