A reputable firm in the Security Industry seeks to employ a highly skilled *Personal Assistant and Office Assistant*
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the CEO, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure timely responses to emails and phone calls.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Manage the organization's records and filing systems.
• Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organisation's human resource and talent strategy, particularly concerning current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
• Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with state and local employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Assistant or PA to a senior executive.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
