Please see the below regarding a skaters' event which will be held on 28 February 2025 and will around Central London for a few hours. *Vital Intelligence* • A skater event named ‘Shards and Bridges’ has been organised to be held across Central London on 28 February 2025, from 1945hrs – 1000hrs. • The event was organised by the London Street Skaters group. • The skate will start from Hyde Park Corner and will end back at Hyde Park, following a 12.7-mile route. *(See attached Map)* o Reporting from the London Street Skaters website indicates that the group intend to have a halfway point break at London Bridge, The Shard or at the Hospital. *(The group are likely to arrive between 0815hrs – 0830hrs. Approximately 30m ride from Hyde Park to The Shard.)* • Based on previous skate events the group have organised and carried out, there will likely be attendance in the mid-tens *(20 – 40 individuals)* . • It is assessed that the group will be peaceful as they stop at or around The Shard during the halfway point. • Based on information online, this group organises community-engaging skate events rather than disruptive ones. • There will likely be low impact/minor localised disruption within the vicinity of The Shard for the duration of the group's break time. • No forms of disruptive actions have been identified in previous skate events from this specific group.
