_ZANU PF Masvingo Provincial Women's League Holds Strategic Planning Meeting_

Masvingo – The ZANU PF Provincial Women’s League held its first meeting of 2025 at the party's provincial offices in Masvingo, setting the stage for a year of action and development. The meeting was chaired by Masvingo Provincial Chairwoman, Cde Mhlanga, and attended by key party leaders, including Elders Council Member Cde Mainah Mandava, National Member Cde Rungani, and Cde Mudzingwa. Also present were Central Committee members, NCA members, provincial representatives, and DCC secretaries from all districts in Masvingo.
The meeting focused on strategic planning for the year ahead, with a strong emphasis on strengthening party structures through constituency visits. These visits will provide a platform to engage with women at the grassroots level, ensuring that their concerns and aspirations are addressed.
Another major point of discussion was women’s empowerment initiatives under the Second Republic, led by Cde Chinomona. The Women's League acknowledged the success of various empowerment programs, which have provided economic opportunities for women across the province. Cde Mhlanga expressed their gratitude to Cde Chinomona for her unwavering support for women's development, particularly in Masvingo.
Cde Mhlanga reinforced the importance of National Vision 2030, urging all members to take it seriously and contribute to its success. She called for unwavering support for President Emmerson Mnangagwa, emphasizing that the Women's League stands firmly behind his leadership and policies.
"We must remain dedicated to the President’s vision and work together to achieve national development. Let us support him wholeheartedly as he continues to empower women and drive progress in Zimbabwe," said Cde Mhlanga.
The meeting concluded on a high note, with the Masvingo Provincial Women’s League reaffirming its commitment to rallying behind President Mnangagwa and ensuring that women's voices remain central in the country's development agenda.
