The event was graced by notable figures, including ZANU-PF Masvingo Provincial Chairman, Senator Robson Mavhenyengwa, who represented the party. In his address, Senator Mavhenyengwa emphasized the significance of the day for the party, stating, "This day is important to us as a party, celebrating one of us and a father figure." He lauded Hon. Chadzamira's leadership, describing him as "a good leader indeed." Hon. Ezra Chadzamira, born on February 12, 1965, in Masvingo, has been a dedicated member of the Zimbabwe African National Union-Patriotic Front (ZANU-PF) and has served in various capacities over the years.
