This commendable initiative aims to provide prescribed spectacles and reading glasses for free to people with Albinism and the Elderly The program features a highly affordable consultation fee of just $5, with a $10 deposit for prescribed spectacles. The balance for the spectacles will be collected within 2-3 months. This initiative ensures that quality eye care is accessible to all at a subsidized fee, promoting the message "Love Your Eyes." Ms Suzanne Hazel Madamombe, the Health Director of Masvingo City Council, emphasized the significance of the program. "Come and meet your Eye Specialists at a subsidized fee," she said, highlighting the opportunity for community members to receive expert eye care.
