The MJO Phase Diagram for November 2021 using Australian Met Bureau data we could find that MJO was present in Indian Ocean (Phase 2,3,4) for 25 out of 30 days in November 2021. Precipitation in TN&Puducherry was 137% above normal for that month which could be due to Mjo.
