NPA declared in 2011 ie transactions prior to 2011, court found accused guilty & sentenced in 2025. I think many more such cases will come out as 2018, RBI has issued circular for withdrawing all previous restructuring schemes and making it mandatory for banks to recognize NPAs and take corrective action. This led to a surge in NPAs in FY 2017-18.
