I want to apologise for the inconveniences we are causing you all due to the failure in *MTN SME DATA,MTN AWOOF GIFTING AND MTN GIFTING* . The reason for this is *THERE'S NO STOCK FROM MTN*. SME DATA has a limit share .....when you exhaust that limit share it's start showing" *Y'ello! Please enter a valid MTN phone number and try again*.The response doesn't mean it is insufficient but we need to top it up to increase the SHARE Limit, This is where we are having challenge. *THERE'S NO STOCK TO BUY AND TOP UP* This is not fund issue,no stock to buy On our Sme sims we have stock but we need increase the data share limit to keep it going. This is what is affecting *MTN AWOOF AND GIFTING* Sincerely,no website owner will see transactions failing and be happy. With our hearts beating fast we are seeing comments that's also heart breaking on our dms(which is normal). We tried buying from MTN APP,the fund was deducted AIRTIME wasn't received because they don't have stock and NO REFUND. We have to be patient for the stock to drop when it's available.
