IT’S NOW OFFICIAL ! The Minimum Wage for a Security Guard in Kenya is KES.30,000/=. The High Court has upheld Fazul Mahamed’s gazette notice setting KES.30,000/= as the Legal Minimum wage for a Security Guard; Case challenging it was dismissed by The High Court. The court case against the Minimum wage of KES. 30,000/= that was gazzeted by DG Fazul Mahamed in 2023 was co-sponsored by enemies of Guards and Masters of Enslaving Security Officers the likes of Pius Chelimo of Lavington, John Kipkorir(SENACA), Mutava, Makanga etc. The High Court's dismissal of the case that lacked merit paves the way for the implementation of the Fazul’s minimum wage of KES.30,000/= benefiting the over 1.3Million private security guards in Kenya.
