Merciful Lord, I come to You aware of my errors, my sins and my weaknesses. I know that I am unworthy of Your grace, but I humbly ask You to forgive me. Purify my heart, Lord, and renew within me a right spirit. Help me to overcome my weaknesses, to grow in Your truth, and to walk the path of holiness. I am weak, but through Your strength, I believe I can be transformed. Give me the grace to follow You every day with a contrite heart. Amen.
