One night, Peter saw Jesus walking on water and asked if he could come to Him. Jesus said, “Come.” Peter stepped out of the boat and, for a moment, walked on the water. But when he saw the strong wind and waves, fear took over, and he started sinking. He cried out, and Jesus immediately grabbed his hand and pulled him up. Like Peter, we sometimes start with strong faith, but when challenges come, fear creeps in. We may feel like we are sinking under the weight of our worries. But Jesus is always near, ready to catch us. The key is to keep our eyes on Him, not on the problems around us. No matter how big the storm, Jesus is bigger.
