Junior Content Creator & Production Assistant Salary:₦180,000 - ₦250,000 Remote (with event travel required) About the Role We're looking for a creative, tech-savvy content creator to produce high-quality videos, graphics, and written content that strengthens our online presence. You'll work closely with the Media & Content Strategy Lead to craft engaging social media content, manage platforms, and support live streaming. Key Responsibilities - Shoot, edit, and produce videos for social media, YouTube, and church communications. - Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and design digital assets (Photoshop, Canva, Figma). - Edit podcasts and capture content from church events and services. - Maintain a content calendar, post consistently, and monitor engagement. - Assist with live streaming, troubleshoot tech issues, and organize digital assets. - Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas aligned with the church’s vision. Requirements - 2+ years in content creation or digital media. - Proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut). - Strong design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma). - Experience with podcast production and social media storytelling. - Excellent copywriting skills and ability to meet deadlines. - Portfolio required (video, design, writing). - Strong Christian faith and alignment with the church’s mission.
