Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the GCC & Syrian markets, and proven experience in CRM management. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in sales management, team mentoring, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the GCC and Syrian markets.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
2. Team Leadership, Motivation & Development:
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and guidance to sales representatives.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment to drive team success.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments and agencies to deliver exceptional service to clients.
4. CRM/ERP Management:
• Utilize CRM tools and ERP software to manage sales pipelines, track progress, and generate reports.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Leverage CRM data to optimize sales processes and improve team performance.
5. Market Analysis and Competitor Awareness
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Adapt sales strategies based on market insights and changing business landscapes.
6. Sales Performance and Target Achievement
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals consistently.
7. Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and senior management.
• Lead negotiations and deliver compelling presentations to close deals.
8. Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
– Minimum of 7 years of experience as a sales manager, preferably in the GCC and Syrian markets.
– Proven track record in sales strategy development, team leadership, and business growth.
– Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring sales teams.
- Demonstrate expertise in using ERP/CRM systems and digital marketing tools to streamline sales processes.
• Skills:
– Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
– Proficiency in English.
