TODAY'S WORD'S OF TRANSFORMATION @⁨⁨PRAYER COMMUNITY MINISTRY (PCM)⁩⁩ SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 23,2025 TITLE : HOPE FOR ETERNAL LIFE TEXT: 1 CORINTHIANS 15:55-57 Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, Death once seemed to have the final say. But through Jesus Christ, death's power is broken. "The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law." (v. 56) Sin brought death, and the law revealed our sin. But Jesus took the sting of death, defeating sin and its power. "But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." (v. 57) Jesus' resurrection guarantees our victory over death. We have hope for eternal life because of His triumph. CHALLENGE Death and uncertainty can leave us feeling hopeless. SOLUTION But 1 Corinthians 15:55-57 reminds us that through Jesus Christ, we have victory over death . "Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?" (v. 55) SUMMARY Our hope for eternal life is found in Jesus Christ, who conquered death and sin on our behalf. Through Him, we have victory over death and assurance of eternal life. ADVICE 1. Trust in Jesus. 2. Live with an eternal perspective. 3. Share your hope with others. PRAYER POINT - Ask God for a deeper understanding of your eternal hope. - Pray for an eternal perspective. - Pray for opportunities to share your hope. PRAYER Let's pray 🗣️ 🙏 JEHOVAH JESUS CHRIST Holy Michael Our wondrous Father, Thank You for the hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Help us trust in Jesus, live with an eternal perspective, and share our hope with others.
