Starmer backs NATO membership for Ukraine despite the fact that the US are now working to bring about an end to the conflict in Ukraine. Ukraine membership of NATO is impossible in any agreement that will bring an end to the violence as in this scenario, NATO would simply use Ukraine as a military outpost for their weaponry, troops and aggression on Russia's border. It is also worth noting of course that NATO weapons in Ukraine would be within firing range of Moscow, to put this in perspective, how would the US react if Russia placed weapons and troops in Mexico or Canada? This foolish statement shows that the US under President Trump are working for peace between Russia and Ukraine whilst the misnamed Labour government in Britain under Starmer, NATO and the EU are still baying for blood and are determined to keep the conflict in Ukraine ongoing despite the fact that it is unwinnable for NATO and will cost many more innocent Russian and Ukrainian lives as a result of continuation.
