Bitwise Asset Management secures $70M to expand crypto investment solutions 🔎 Bitwise Asset Management, founded in 2017 by Hunter Horsley, raised $70 million in a round led by Electric Capital, with backing from Blockchain Coinvestors, Highland Capital, Khosla Ventures, and others. 🔎 Bitwise offers 32 investment solutions, including index funds, Bitcoin ETPs, multi-strategy products, and on-chain staking, serving over 5,000 institutional clients across Europe and the US. 🔎 In 2024, Bitwise grew client assets to $12 billion. The new funds will strengthen its balance sheet and enhance investment solutions. Currently at 100 employees, the firm plans to expand to 130 this year.
