Arabic is a language so imagine reciting a dua you don't know the meaning to ask Allah for something but it turn out that the dua you are reciting when translated it turn out to be about different thing you are asking Allah for so brothers and sisters this is something we all need to look into so we can get our prayers answered there is a saying that when you want to make dua or ask Allah for something glorify his name that relate to what you are asking him as we all know Allah has ninety nine name so use any of his name to glorify him when making duas e.g asking God for forgiveness glorify him with Ar rahim the most merciful or Al ghaffar the continually forgiving.
And also there is an haddit narrated by Abu hurairah radiyallahu ' anhu narrates that Rasululahi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said : verily there are ninety nine names of Allah; one hundred less one. he who memorizes them enters paradise, he is Allah besides whom there is none worthy of worship.
